To promote the principle of the rights of peoples to self-determination in all its dimensions, internal as well as external, political as well as economic, social and cultural, based on the principles of democracy, justice and equality;

To promote a systematic and structural approach to development, human and democratic rights, environment and peace and propagate an understanding of these various components as indivisible and interdependent;

To promote direct access to organization of affected peoples and their equal participation in decision making at the international level in a sustained, structured and comprehensive manner and through the democratization of international policy-making agencies;

To promote alternative economic strategies to the dominant neo-liberal model that shall encompass the democratization of control, ownership and management of productive assets and resources so that the processes are truly directed and driven by democratic people's institutions.
